One column is not displayed in CSV format but shown in Excel

Hi,

I have a WEBI document for 3 fields only.

This is built on BeX query.

Two columns are coming BeX and one column was created in the WEBI itself for constant values.

Also header is not expected to be shown in the report output.

It gives correct output when downloaded as an excel file but when it is downloaded as a CSV file, it does not show the column of constant values created in the webi itself and also it is showing the header in the output.

Do we have any SAP Note or any workaround to fix this issue.

We need to give this report in CSV format and one column has constant value created at the WEBI level only.

Hi ,

this can be done in BO 4.1 version

For the work around pls build the report in Crystal reprot .

Hi Shyam,

We can automatically export raw data of tables from WEBI to CSV file, but there is an limitation on WEBI to CSV Export.

WEBI will export just the Query Content to CSV File Format and not the Table Contents.

When you set the format of a scheduled report to CSV or download it as CSV you get the raw data as it is coming from the query.  You don't get any of the formatting, sorting or as you are seeing any variables created in WEBI.
