Hi Marc,

Kindly check your TNS  entry for oracle 10g R2 product with having current TNS ID .

with C:\orant\BIN\PLUS80.exe with BODS repository .

Try this

Did you check by logging into repository database with the same credentials used in created repository ?

Are you able to login without any issue?

C:\orant\BIN\PLUS80.exe --> I' am able to connect to the repository

Check if  TNS entries for BASE_SI.world.

You are connecting to SIPD.world which is fine.

I doubt this is because of BASE_SI.world. Double check it.

The base is SIPD and not BASE_SI

In the first message

I replace SIPD by BASE_SI

BODI-1111340:ERROR: OCI call <OCIEnvCreate> for connection < BASE_SI.world> failed: <cptmap>

Then the log is

CON-120404: OCI call <OCIEnvCreate> for connection <SIPD.world> failed: <atos>.

Try this on TOAD.

Connect BASE_SI.world DB with the specified credentials.

Did anybody changed the credentials recently?

The patch

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/ms14-oct.aspx

has been inbstalled

we havent TOAD

but the connection is OK with sqldevelopper ( similar to TOAD ) and C:\orant\BIN\PLUS80.exe

The connection is KO with

D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_2\BIN

1.Try to create one more local repository by using Repository manager for testing purpose if it is DEV.

2. Disable all anti-virus scanning.
