Production orders printing without proper sequence

When I print production order, It generates two spool request. One is for all the lists (order, component lst, etc..) combined together and one is for the document ( drawing PDF file) attached with the production order. The priority for the spool request is different for the two request ( say 5 for lists and 9 for drawing). My problem is when i do mass printing, all the lists getting printed first then all the drawings get printed. Is this due to priority? If so how can i set same priority for these two spool requests? can the priority be set manually or we need to change inside the printing program which generates the spool? Thanks in advance

HI Suthan,

The outputs are determined based on the settings that you have in t-code OPK8.

If you have different outputs for your forms, then you can control the sequence. Now if there is a single output, whit a single sapscript or smartform.. this would mean that you will need to review the form.
