Hello Expert,

         we have a big problem in authorization on MIGO transaction.

When we try to do goods receipt we only can control it only by movement type, authourization objects M_MSEG_BWE & M_MSEG_WWA

We try to control goods receipt by storage location by using  authourization object M_MSEG_LGO, we found that dosn't effect in it.

This means that although we are defined a specific storage location 1013 only to a user to make a goods receipt by movement type 101,

we discover that user can make a goods receipt by movement type 101 on any storage location.

Kindly, aid us ASAP,

Hi,

   Ensure that you have activated the authorization check for the storage location in the path: OLMB - Authorization Management - Authorization Check for Storage Locations.

   Also check the KBA:  1668678 - No authorization check for storage locations in inventory management

By default you cannot restrict the authorization for goods receipt for any storage locations by using M_MSEG_LGO. Prior to this functional consultant should configure the restriction for Authorization Check for Storage Locations. Regards, Muhee.
