#ERROR 383 SAP APO CIF # STORAGE LOCATION STOCKS #DIFFERENT QUANTITIES

I am getting storage location stock entries with different quantities error (error 383) in CCR,while these don't even have a PP record The quantities are different for the stock items in ECC and APO. Normally this should process once we iterate and send them to APO .But they are nor processing.

On first iteration of "Sending to APO" for the different quantities of stock items, we get new entries for Special Stocks at Vendor.

On second iteration of Sending to APO" for the different quantities of stock items, these special stocks at vendor becomes zero.

Can someone help me in analyzing the issue and help me resolve it !

Hi Swasti,

1.     Different Qty error reason can be when the Stock was changed in R3 but the change was not transferred to APO.

Correction: Send to APO (As per the screen shot).

2.     Check if the following note is helpful to you.

hi,

try for one material  / location in "execute comparison / reconciliation" please make that you mention the model name. once you have the results, try to send it to APO.

Are these stocks special stocks at vendor?

No these are Storage Location Stocks.
