Dear Gurus,
I have a point of measurement linked to a plan and this is set to be generated when this point ordems achieve certain hours, such operations.
A contactor called a compressor hour meter, order one oil change will come when the measuring point reaches 4000h. My question is: This order will come again when the measuring point reaches 8000h?
I can not set single cycle, because this contactor is valid for various operations from different cycles in the same plane, use strategic plan.
My maintenance packages are defined as the need for each operation, eg:
0010 - 4000h,
0020 - 168h,
0030 - 5000h,
So this contactor will be counting and issuing orders when you reach these hourly, loads right?

Hi again,
as explained already before, depending settings for influencing factors like scheduling parameter or offsets for the packages, the maintenance plan will issue orders when the defined cycles are reached on the counter.
Just a hint: in order to reduce complexity of strategy performance based maintenance plan - you could also define 3 single performance based maintenance plans - one for each cycle.

Patrick
Greetings Ariane,
If you created a Strategy without Hierarchy, you will get the Operations at the specified intervals, e.g.
An order with Operation 10 only will appear after 4000, 8000, 12000, 16000, 24000, 28000... etc. hours
An order with Operation 20 only will appear after 168, 336, 504, 672, 840, 1008, 1176, 1344... etc. hours
An order with Operation 30 only will appear after 5000, 10000, 15000, 25000, 30000, 35000... etc. hours
An order with Operation 10 and 30 will appear after 20000, 40000, 60000... etc. hours
An order with Operation 10 and 20 would need 336000 hours to appear ...
Unless you've put an ascending Hierarchy on your packages, in which case the package sequence and your output would be:
An order with Operation 10 only will appear after 4000, 8000, 12000, 16000, 24000, 28000... etc. hours
An order with Operation 20 only will appear after 168, 336, 504, 672, 840, 1008, 1176, 1344... etc. hours
An order with Operation 30 only will appear after 5000, 10000, 15000, 20000, 25000, 30000... etc. hours
Hi Ariane,
You need to create a plan, with the counter, which is assigned to the equipment.
Cycle unit will be 4000h
When the particular measurement counter is reached every 4000h, maintenance plan is scheduled and a work order will be generated. Refer below online for more information.

Hi Ariane,
Yes order will come again on 8000 Hrs.

Hallo Ariane,
it depends which scheduling parameters (e.g. completion requirement, shift factors late/early completion,..) you defined in the maintenance plan.
But when the cycle is defined with 4.000 hours and the maintenance plan was started at counter reading 0, then you will receive every 4.000 hours an order - means also one at 8.000 hours.

Patrick
