Hi Experts,

I have an issue in Grants Management.

I'm trying to derive Grant, Sponsorded Program from Internal Order through GMDERIVE.

In the details of the GMDERIVE for the fields Grant and Sponsored Program I am using "Overwrite with new value"

But its not deriving while I am booking an expense in FB60.

I have activated trace in GMDERIVE.

Now I see a message in the log as below.

"Derivation was performed but no target values were changed"

Kindly guide me in this regard

Regards

Omprakash

Hi OmPrakash,

Please check that the written rule might be overwritten by other rule where source field with internal order. If still error persists, please share the derivations defined in GMDERIVE.

Regards

Sam

It appears that no values are being derived. Please enter the source values in the test screen and look at the bottom of screen to check if the values are being derived.

Thanks

Hi Shyam

I have activated trace in GMDERIVE.

Then I'm posting in FB60, with internal order. Through internal order I would like to derive Grant and Internal order.

The GMDERIVE is actually deriving the GM object. I can see that in the trace.

When I come and see in FB60, what is derived in GMDERIVE is not updating there.
