Employee Master Data UDF Template using DTW

Hey EveryOne,

     I can't find UDF Templates of Employee Master Data, I have number of UDFs in OHEM table, Now what can I do to Upload it using DTW??

Hi Idrees Mohsin,

You can add the UDF's to the end of the original templates (Usual location is C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Human Resources\Employee Master Data)

Or another way would be to generate the template in DTW itself.
When you do it this way, it adds the UDF's available to the template for you.

Hey Nick,

     I have done it here in my Test Company it is working Fine, But At client I have 9.0 PL:11 and the number of UDFs in Employee Master Data is 60 and all of them are categorized in to some 5 categorize as well.

Here it is not showing the UDFs. Is there any problem with 9.0 PL:11?? or do I have to do some settings first to include it.
Using Localization Aus/Newzealand....

I'm not too sure what you mean by categories or if it is relevant, however I did add 10 UDF's to a test system of mine and exported the template out using DTW.

Seemed to work alright.

hey Nick,

    Do you have 9.0 PL11??

Categorise like on UDF area there is a combobox on the top where all the cateogries are shown.

Please add 50 UDFs and check..

     I have checked with other companies as well, In 9.0 PL:11 Version, it is not working.

Please check that and kindly tell me what version are you using.

Oh ok, I have been testing with 9.1 PL02.
Maybe suggest an upgrade
