HRMS push button is not active in IR02

Hi Experts,

HRMS push button is not active in IR02. We have HR Data in our system, When I check with HR Functional consultant, he said, its an IMG Activity from PM / PP.

Please guide me how to see HRMS push button in IR02 Transaction .

Hello Bala,

please check customizing transaction OIZU (or SPRO path: Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs -> Work Centers -> Configure Screen Sequence for Work Center) if "HR assignment" is present in the table for work area 0005 (Plant Maintenance).

Another reason could be missing authorizations for this object.

Even I check the same its showing as below for work center cat. XXXX as

1      X      Basic data

2              Defaults

3              Capacities

4              Scheduling

5              Costing

I am not sure what do you mean " if "HR assignment" is present in the table for work area 0005 (Plant Maintenance)."

Now Trying to assign Organizational structure and Persons to this assignment.

Hi Bala,

Please see below screen FYR. By clicking on HRMS and explode the Assignment and then press on person and click on create button to add persons in WC.
