Hi Guys,

I am facing a strange issue. As soon as I add a hyperlink rto a dimension value, it changes my calculations.

Anybody has any idea why its happening?

Regards

Prashant

Hi,

The calculation is based on the dimensions you show in your report.  When you put a hyperlink on one of those dimensions, the calculation will not calculate any longer with that value.

A simple work around is to create a variable, set as detail of that dimension that holds the same values and you set your hyperlink on the "detail-variable".

Hi Prashant,

You need to elaborate the issue little bit.

Are you adding the hyperlink as a column to the existing report table?

If yes, then you need to remove the dimensions coming along with the hyperlink from the measure value calculation context.

for example, your hyperlink uses three dimensions a,b,c and the measure object is 'm' then you might have to do something like:

=[m] ForAll([a];[b];[c])

Please give it a try and check.
