We are trying to run this report to extract cost centers but we are unable to find it in SE38?
What SAP version is required? or OSS Note to be installed?

You need to install ODTFINCC 600
Why do we get 0 results when we execute? There are several cost centers available.
Have you completed the configuration in the IMG and checked the BAdI's that determine cost center extraction?
Its not clear what needs to be defined. The guide is not clear if it is required for the CSV or Idoc?
What settings are you using when executing the report?

I assume you tried it with no value in the Cost Center selection box? Did you also try without Only FI posting allowed CCs selected? Please check that your cost centers are set posting allowed (see the handbook)
Yes I have tried all the options. When I put no value based on the date i enter i either get no results or short dump query too large
It seems that the report is working but your dataset is too big. Try to reduce the size of data by Company Code or Business Area.
But it doesnt return anything.
