Very slow to login into CMC

Hi All,

I just installed SAP BO4.1 SP3 on Windows 2008R2. I was keyed-in login credentials to CMC.

But unable to go in since 30 mins + . Please advise.

Hi,

Start with basic things first like:

1870820 - BI4.0 - Slow performance when authenticating to the Central Management Console (CMC)

You can also check this also:If needed

1971187 - [BI4.x] - SAP BusinessObjects Intelligence Platform becomes unresponsive

Check you tomcat CPU and memory usage. If its clustered, shutdown one node and then try with only one node up.

are you trying to Login with an Enterprise Account ro with a 3rd Party Account like SAP or Win AD?
