Create Portal Users Dynamically and Periodically [ Scheduler ]

HI All,

We have a request to setup an scheduler to create users dynamically and assign the portal roles and groups. Please suggest the required solution to achieve this requirement.

I have verified the below URL but the content mentioned related to static content and its not periodically.
