LMDB - Error no Diagnostic-Template found LMDB_BO009

Hi experts,

I registered our BO system in SLD.

After that I maintained the LMDB.

I got a lot of automatical entires with SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.1.

However, i can not activated on any of them the "Diagnostic Relevant" flag.

I always get error message LMDB_BO009.

What does it mean and how can I solve this?

Sorry for late reply.

I have a ticket still open by SAP.

But the first solution was according to note 1975394.

This seems to be the answer for my problem.

you could have a look to the SAP note 1937361

"Product instance 'SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.1: <product Instance name>' has no Diagnostics template" in managed system configuration - solution manager 7.10 below SP10

I have got the error "Message no. LMDB_BO009" and I had a look to this note and the one corresponding to my Solution Manager release.

The first one not completly, but the second definitly not.
Because I can't set the diagnostic-relevant flag.

Hi,

it might  be missing product verson assignement or wrong one assigned,

what would be the result of verification check in product system editor of LMDB, is it green.

also make sure you have proper products defined inSLD; because LMDB get the data from SLD; correct it there re run the managed system config

later it should work

The thing, that the data was provided automatically.

So I can also change to "not installed".

I would like to assign a template to SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.1.

But this is not flagged as diagnostic relevant.

But also other software is not diagnostic relevant, however there I can assign a handful of templates to e.g. BOE File Repository Service 4.1, BOE CR 2011 Processing Service 4.1...

So I am confused.
