Issue with personalize icon

Hi Experts,

we are having issue with the personalization issue with one of the user for ERP sales order Item assignment block . 

I checked the authorization , business role , etc .. but I couldnt find anything different than other users who can see

the personalization icon .

Is the issue with only this sales order or for every sales order user unable to see the personalization icon? just see after entering some items in assignment block?

Even you can check in items view .htm page for any conditional check for showing personalization icon.

Hi Dharma,

This is happening for only one particular user , and even for him the personalization icon is not available for ERP sales order -> Items assignment block .
