When I'm Preparing Sales Quotation, I want to pick the data from another UDT. for that I want to give the reference number.
Have you created the UDF and linked it to your UDT
as i showed you above ?
Does it fit your need ?

I'm still trying to figure it out what went wrong.
For some reason Still I'm struggling to add a field column to Sales Quotation.
I contacted Our Local Agent to assist me.. Probably today evening I might get the word from him.
The moment I received the word from him I will update you.

In the Sales Quotation there is field called "Customer Ref.No." Is there any possibility to change that in to
" Costing Ref."
You want to change the caption ?
Just press 'Ctrl' + double clik on the caption.
You can change almost any caption in SBO.

I mange to do that on studio suite, unfortunately when im going to save those changes cant save.

1. Create a user field;
2. Change the alias of an existing field;
3. Create a user table related to the field of user;
4. Create a query formatted;
