Error when user refreshes a file

Hi Team

I have created a template based on the HANA data-source. I am on 1.4.8.3163 version of analysis for excel and MS office 2010.

when I send this file to a user who is on same version as mine, he get below error..any idea on this?

Does the other user have the same ODBC connection to HANA that you have?

I recommend going to support.sap.com/notes to research if any of the notes apply to your situation
