Infoprovider ZMP_PLAN does not exist or cannot be edited here

Hi Experts,

I've created 2 Cubes (ZIC_ACT - standard cube & ZIC_PLAN - realtime provider) and a Multiprovider ZMP_PLAN on top of them.

In transaction RSPLAN i enter technical name ZMP_PLAN and press enter - description shows up for the Multiprovider.

When i press button display i get the following error:

Infoprovider ZMP_PLAN does not exist or cannot be edited here

Message no. RSPLW009   

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi Siva,

nothing is wrong. All planning settings in RSPLAN are related to basic InfoProviders or aggregation levels. There exist no planning specific setting for a multiprovider, thus you get the above message.

What do you want to do with a multiprovider in RSPLAN?

Thanks for replay , i am going to create Aggregation Level on Multi Provider for Input ready query.

Finally i need to create Input ready query on Multi Provider (which is having one Standard and one Real Time IC)
