Facebook plug in for SAP CRM WebClient UI

Hi.

I came across a plug in SAP CRM 7.0 EhP 3 which could be used to navigate to the Facebook and Linkedin pages of accounts. There was a green button beside the Account/Contact name o clicking which there was a drop down to choose from options like Twitter/Facebook/Linkedin etc.

Can anyone provide me details of that feature?
