Return delivry quantity still showing in MMBE after UD QA32

Dear Team,

After implementing support packages,It is observed that, vendor rejected/rework quantity i.e. return delivery qty is still showing in MMBE as pending for inspection.

for example if a quality lot has 100 qty , during quality clearance (QA32) 50 is OK and 50 is NOK .so i have kept 50 in unrestrected  field and 50 in Return delivery filed. After that system did 321movement  for 50 qty and 122 mvt for 50 qty. i.e.fine

But the problem is the rejected qyt i.e. 122 mvt qty 50 is still showing in quality stock. it should not shown here. due to this user assuming it is still pending for inspection

Thanks, Regards,

Satyanarayana

Hello,

Did you try to run report ZQEVAC20 from note 48815?

Maybe it is an inconsistency.

This should't happen! Are you sure the entire stock posting is done against that inspection lot and its status is SPCO? If yes then it could be possible that the stock that is reflecting in QI MMBE belongs to some different inspection lot. Just run QVM2 with wide inputs to locate such inspection lot.

Dear Anand Rao,

i have posted entire stock and the lot status is SPCO. but still it is showing in QI. and also it is not belongs to another lot. I have run QVM2 but i didnot get any information.

One thing i have observed is, this rejected stock is not get updated in MARD table but it is showing in MCHB table . i think it is picking data from MCHB

one more observation is , if lot qty is 100,during quality clearance (QA32) , if i do total qty is rejected then it is not showing in MMBE QI , it showing only when two actions performed in single shot i.e. 50 ok and 50 nok , is this case it is showing rejected qty in MMBE

Ideally when you perform 122 movement the stock should reduce from inventory. If this is happening for every partial stock posting then I would suggest to raise a call to SAP. But if this pertains to this specific lot then SAP note 48815 helps to remove inconsistency - as suggested by Natália.

Hi Sanjay,

Please check note 1930161 - Stock inconsistencies in table MCHB for batches and see if that is applicable.

John
