COA Printing issue

Hi Team,

Greetings,

I am trying to print a COA , but i am not able to get the print out..The error message is Message no. QC085.

Even though  MIC it is released the same error message is displaying while i am trying to print.

Check the validity dates on your versions of the MIC.  That error often happens after you create a new version of the MIC, but the COA profile refers to the previous version.

Hello Nivas,

Please check that the MIC is released in all plants where you want to print.

Also check the validity dates.
