Data from R/3 not fetching into NWBC

Hi all gurus,

Normally when I assign username in IT0105 , the complete employee data will fetch to employee ESS like personnal info , bank details, salary statements and all.

Now I am in a new system, I have set the IT 105 like the way I have done before, full details are maintained in R/3, but those details are showing in personnel details of NWBC ESS.

What more settings I have to do. Do I have to activate anything..?

can you clear the cache and try again, and check if correct roles are assigned to the user? this should do it

Hi Siddharth,

I have cleared all the NWBC caches, and checked the roles. It is fine. But still no details are coming to NWBC

can u check for that employee data is there in r3 for all the infotypes 2 , 6 , 9 , 21
