Hi Experts,
I'm having following runtime error while upgrading my basis package version 7.31 release 2 to release 3.

I have one more doubt, i am running this up gradation process in Dialog (not in background).How much time should probably take the whole action to finish?.Or should i change the process to run in background ? which is better ,why..?
