    How to delete an Admin User which create by provisioning(Successfactors).

Hello Yao,

You would follow the same process as if you were deleting someone else.

1. I am assuming this user has a lot of authorization and permission, so you need to remove those first in "Set User Permission". If you use RBP, remove the user from all groups.

2. The record in the UDF needs to be changed. Change the STATUS from ACTIVE to INACTIVE.

3. If you want to delete the user and all its records you can purge it using the Data Retention Tool (it needs to be turned on in Provisioning first).
