Allocation Structure for Order Settlement to RE-FX

Hi Experts

I have a requirement from a client to settle work order costs to Real Estate objects such as Settlement Units and Rental Objects.The idea is that the maintenance costs for the estates should be subtracted from the rent paid by the tenants or from the service charges during order settlement.For the same client,there are also other costs that are supposed to be settled to cost centers.e.g.vehicle maintenance costs.May you advise on how I can create the allocation structure to enable the settlement of some work order costs to cost centers and some to real estate objects.

Please Map the set of Cost Centers to G/L accounts which are belonging to the Real Estate Object (FL ) and use this set of Cost center in allocation structure.
