Sap CRM version

Hello All,

We are planning to install new application server for CRM system,

I nedd to find out which SAPINST should use for this installation. I am not sur about which version this CRM has.

I can see there is no  t code C223 in CRM system and the table MKAL is not active.

I am not sure whether it matters; the newest SWPM should do the trick.

My problem is I need to install a new application server  for this CRN installation, and I nedd to choose the right SWPM version.

I am not sure about The CRM version we have.
SAP_BASIS component  relase 740 SP SAPKB74006 install, . So which SWPM version should I use the suit  this installation.

Hi reza,

SAP recommends that you always use the latest available Support Package of Software Logistics Toolset when starting a new maintenance project.
You should use only the version 10, which is the latest version; irrespective of the CRM version.
Just navigate to http://service.sap.com/swdc -Browse our Download Catalog ->Additional Components" Upgrade Tools" SL TOOLSET" SL TOOLSET 1.0" Entry by Component" Software Provisioning Manager

and download the latest SWPM version.

Hi All,

According to my observation in the above screen and looking at ur WEB CUIF 747 component

I can say that Your system is Netweaver 7.4 system.

If you want New installation Use SWPM10SP06_6-20009707.SAR

yes, that observation is right. irrespective of the SAP Installation, the latest SWPM should be used.
