SC history in NWBC does not show the PO number.

Dear SRM experts,

We have a problem in our SRM 7.0 system after the upgrade of support pack.

There were some SCs in the system with status-Approved and history tab with PO document number shown in the NWBC.

After the upgrade of the system, those SC created earlier do not show the PO number in History/related document tab.

In BBP_PD the backend document number is shown but it does not shown the link in NWBC.

SC's created now are all fine working as expected.

Kindly help me with any pointers for this issue as the status of the SC is correct but the history tab has a problem.

Hi,

The fact that this is only happening for older documents, the following analysis reports (contained within the notes) may be useful:

949162 - Follow-on documents exist, status I1111 and I1113 active

755769 - Status I1113, no item or header relations->analysis report

Depending on the SC header status in BBP_PD, then you'll know what report to use.

This issue is resolved. Thanks for your reply.

The problem was with the backend PO which resulted in the link not being shown.

There is no issue on the SRM side.
