Service Request: System status change on completion of checklist

Hi all,

I have setup the checklist with its relevant WF. All is working fine - except that I need to do the enhancement to send the workflow tasks to the groups and not individual persons - however I would need to know how to have the status of the transaction change to Completed once the last step of the checklist is completed. Can I do this in config?

Please let me know,

Hello,

Depending on your CRM version, and provided that you use decision-based checklist, then you can assign an action to a checklist step trigger in order to change the service request status:

For example: if you add a trigger "Done" to your last step, and assign action "SET_STATUS_TO_COMPLETED", then your service request will be closed automatically. For more information see:
