Hi all

we are  building WEbi reports on top Bex Query  with sso connections .

we keeping getting two errors frequently

1. Wis0000

2. sso password or user token empty

1. Wis 000 was solved with help of sap notes 1890238

Reproducing the Issue

l create a new WebI report from BEx queries via OLAP BICS connections and/or

l view/refresh existing WebI reports and/or

l modify existing WebI reports

Cause

For this context, the errors in WebI are not directly caused by the BW upgrade but rather due the fact that not all Business Intelligence related

services and servers are up or properly started.

Resolution

Restart the WebI services and the Adaptive Processing Server (especially the DSL server if split) from the Central Management Console (CMC).

after this it started working correctly . but we keep getting this error again .

my quesetion  is does the services have to be restarted frequently like server maintaince .

i am not sure if the bo team is here doing that .

could you please help us

regards

Kumar

On windows, you can always use the task scheduler and create schedule to automatically restart BI SIA.

We restart our servers every night while taking the backup. It is not necessarly for address the issues.

You need to check with BO admins, how the system is configured like APS servers etc.
