It is not possible to remove addons, extensions and all the nice things you can import using SUM or SAINT... so I'm afraid that the only way out for you would be to restore a backup.
This is why such operation, if not fully validated, should be at first performed on a sandbox.
if you activated IS-PS extension in system then you can not rollback. Since you did in development the there is no harm you have not activated any component like FM,BCS etc. SO its better to don't move TR further. you can do one think as suggested by Mr. Yves restore backup.
