gratuity wage type /3g1,/3g2,/3g3 not generated

I have maintained table V_T7ING1,V_T7ING3 and also V_T7ING7

I have also maintained gratuity constants in table v_t511k.

but when i executed payroll run ,/3G1 ,/3g2,/3G3 wage types were not  generated.when i tried finding the error i could find that in display log  in gratuity table GRY allowance grouping and gratuity ID both cannot be seen.

plz help i m new to SAP

Hi,

If Employee is not with the company for Min. 5 years system will not consider for Gratuity payment.

Since how many years employee is working for an Organization if employee has worked for minimum 5 years then he is eligible for Gratuity contribution.

There are many other conditions for gratuity calculations check.

acc. to u if employee in question is not working for 5 yrs gratuity amt will not be deducted.

It is SAP standard functionality there it has been defined as minimum 5 years as eligibility check constant values  GREYR, GRTYR.

Have you maintained IT0185, Subtype 03 (Gratuity for India) for the employees.

/3G1, /3G2 are not getting generated for all the employees or only to a particular employee. Also kindly share the screenshots of your configuration and Payroll log if possible.

Kindly check the constant that you have maintained for GRTYR in V_T511K. It should be 0
