Hi,
Can you please apply latest patch level for SAP GUI for Windows 7.30 and
BI 7.0 ADDON FOR SAP GUI 7.30 and check whether it helps you.
Also, please refer the following SAP Note:
147519 - Maintenance strategy / deadlines for SAP GUI
And, what is the SPS level you have applied to ABAP Stack and what is the SP level you have applied to SAP BW ABAP component and what is the SPS level applied to Java stack and what is the SP and Patch Level applied to BI Java component.
Please refer the following SAP KBA Note:
1899396 - Patch Level 0 for BI Java Installation - Detailed Information
Please note that Patch Level 0 is not supported for BI Java components as per the SAP KBA Note 1899396.
Please note that following are the BI Java(7.0x) Java components:
BI-BASE-S
BIWEBAPP
And, please note that following are the BI Java(7.3x) Java components:
BI-BASE-B
BI-BASE-E
BI-BASE-S
BI-IBC
BIWEBAPP
And, are you using SAP BI Export Library here? If not, can you please use it and check whether it helps you.
The solution part of the following SAP Note mentions how to activate the SAP BI Export
library:
1112132 - The SAP BI Export Library
You can enable the "Use SAP Export Library (PDF)" setting by just doing the following:
Just go to SM30 -> table RSPOR_T_PORTAL -> pick the default portal
destination there and check the option "Use SAP Export Library (PDF)".
You can refer to note SAP Note 1112132 for more details.
Thanks & Regards,
Sapna

Hi,
Can you please clarify regarding what is the SPS level you have applied to ABAP Stack and what is the SP level you have applied to SAP BW ABAP component and what is the SPS level applied to Java stack and what is the SP and Patch Level applied to BI Java component.
Please note that Patch Level 0 is not supported as per KBA Note 1899396. It is always recommended to apply latest Patch Level available in SAP Service Market Place after checking
the SP compatibility of ABAP and Java mentioned in the KBA note 1899396.
Thanks & Regards,
Sapna
