Removing tiles from SAP FIORI

Hi All,

We have implemented FIORI HCM leave requests and approvals in out dev server. Our Development server is ERP 6.0 EHP7 where gateway is embedded. So we have assigned below roles for FIORI manager and employee.

Manager:

SAP_GBHCM_LEAVE_APPROVAL_MGR

SAP_HCM_BCR_MANAGER_X1

SAP_HCM_TCR_T_X1

Employee:

SAP_GBHCM_LEAVE_REQUEST_EMPL

SAP_HCM_BCR_EMPLOYEE_X1

SAP_HCM_TCR_T_X1

When we login with manager we are able to see two tiles approve leaves and approve time sheets. When logged in with employee he is able to see ( My leave requests, My Paystubs, My timesheets and My benefits )

But when logged on with user, user can able to delete tiles by himself. We want user can not remove or add tiles and only administrator able to remove or add tiles

Please test the authorization object /UI2/CHIP Authorizations - User Interface Add-On for SAP NetWeaver - SAP Library.

Hi Masa,

We required administrator able to remove the tiles. Once admin remove the tiles it should affect all users. Could you please let me know where (URL) we can delete the tiles and will affect every one.

Hi Sree,

You should change the group and clear the browser cache.

Please check the options in the note 2075016.

We want to remove the tiles as administrator, where we can do these changes.

Hi Sree,

The tool is Launchpad Designer that you can change the tiles in the group.
