Hi All ,

Hi All

We have created portal activity report ,but I am getting null values  in the authenticated users column .

In this report I am unable to get the currently logged in users column and details .

Can you please check and provide us the solution ,if any parameter needed to be modified .

Hi Deepika,

Have you configured below settings before start with Portal activity Reports.

Hoping you are using EP7.3 or above.

Logged into NWA-> Configuration-> Infrastructure ->Application Modules

In SAP NetWeaver Administrator, go to  Start of the navigation path Configuration Next navigation step Infrastructure Next navigation step Application Modules End of the navigation path.

In the module list (under the overview tab), search for webdynpro/resources/sap.com/pb and select it.

Under Web Module Details choose the Web Dynpro Properties tab and select Components/com.sap.portal.pb.PageBuilder/PortalHooks .

Change the value of the property sap.com/_activity_reporting_wd_hook;com.sap.portal.activity.reporting.ActivityReportingWDHook to true and save.

    1   search  webdynpro/resources/sap.com/pb 

Search the Components com.sap.portal.pb.PageBuilder/PortalHooks . and set the following property values to true.

               sap.com/_activity_reporting_wd_hook

               com.sap.portal.activity.reporting.ActivityReportingWDHook

    2    Search for  com.sap.portal.activityreport.core  and set the  property to true.

    3    Search for  com.sap.portal.activitydatacollector  and set the Active Data Collection  property to true.

Hi Deepika,

in order to see the users id you have a property called  "Monitor Users" located in the Page

you need to check it (true) since the default is not checked (false  ),
