How to change the Job Definition of employee

Dear All,

I have defined the Job Definition for one of my employee. But now i want to change the Job Definition as per his new role.

Is it possible to change that one and add new JD. I can change the Administrative & Workplace contact data but not JD.

Appreciate your help !

Hi Nitin,

Please go to Organizational Management WoC and add/edit the name (note the Job ID already created cannot be changed but the visible Job Name can be edited).

Hi Nitin,

you want to change data which are related to the employment. Such data can usually not be changed by the employee himself. Usually it is a good place to start searching for an edit function, where you have entered the data. The same applies here.

If you open the Personnel File in Personal Administration and navigate to Employment -> Organizational Data you will find the place. Here you need to decide if this is a new job or a correction to the existing job.
