SAP QM Manual Lot creation

Hello Friends,

I have created a lot manually using inspection type 89. Inspection type 89 is activated in material master also. Inspection Plan and MIC is also created for the respective material. Still when I am clicking to attach the plan it is giving me an error. What could be the reason for this error?

Hello,

Check the inspection plan validity date.  inspection lot creation date should be >= inspection plan validity date. e.g. if inspection plan date = 01.10.2014 then inspection lot date shoulbe either 01.10.2014 or 02...03...04..05..etc not 30.09.2014.

Check usage.

Check sampling procedure.

Sampling Scheme is there. It is maintained and also assigned in the inspection plan. But still unable to attache the inspection plan to the material. Date of creation of plan and the manual lot is same.

Thanks a lot Shailendra Ji... Usage was suppose to be 3 and I overlooked it to be 1.
