For example due date's got created with current date 18th oct -2014, if you take a look on 19th oct-2014 due dates are also getting creation with 19th oct-2014 and 18th oct- got disappered and appering with current date 19th oct-2014 and got stopped with latest 24th oct-2014.

Kindly advice what would be the problem

Hi Satish Kumar,

is your issue resolved??

As suggested by Mr.Jakub  Salata, Any corrections / changes in due date rule will flow from the below configuration screen only to the contract.

Spro --> Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) --> Conditions and Flows --> Calculation of Periods and Due Dates --> Due Date Correction Rule

Pls try to check the same screen in your client,  based on your existing config and make changes according to your requirement.

Try to check the below two fields features carefully.

Due date  field

Move (+   -  ) To  field.

As these fields only having impact on the changing of due dates in contract, i am sure you can track your error route cause here.

Due Date Rule is on Frequency term (RECN -> tab Posting Parameters). Frequency term is assigned to condition (RECN -> tab Conditions -> tab Terms).

Jakub.

Hi Satish,

I hope now u got clarity on assigning the due date rule in contract ( As advised by Mr.Jakub).

Also based on your configuration screen move to current date option is activated, means when ever there is a change in condition amounts ( increase / decrease ) automatically the due date will be set to current date.

A part from that, Any how even after your postings also you can be able to change your due date ( Recn - Conditions tab - Sumulation - select the line item which need to change )  if you have the requirement.

Attached screen shot FYI.

Hi Satish,

I Have already shared you the screen shot to do it, any how attached screens will show you in detail.

Any how even after your postings also you can be able to change your due date.

Goto Recn - Contract no- EDIT MODE - Conditions tab - Simulate - now your cash flow will be diaplayed - select the line item & double click on due date field  which you need to change the due date -- pop up screen will be displayed - update the " New due date " filed  as shown in step-4- Save - now your new due date will be shown for that condition.

Attached screen shot FYI.

Hi,

it is normal behaviour for increase and decrease cashflows if assigned due date correction rule has following parameters:

  • Reaction of Due Date to Amount Change : 0 Due Date As in Source Flow
  • Move to Current Date : X

and due date of origin CF is smaller than current day.

Check it by RECACUST -> Conditions and Flows -> Calculation of Periods and Due Dates -> Due Date Correction Rule.

Jakub.

Hi Satish,

can you just check is there any changes made to conditions as on date 24.10.2014.Because of that chnage in condition also date may reflect.

( Path : Goto - RECN - Main menu - Extras - Change documents)

That might be the reason for the error caused.Pls check & revert.
