DTW Template For Import GRPO with Bin Location.

Dear Experts,

I want to import GRPO with bin locations but i am not able to find template for bin location.

How can i add GRPO with bin location?

I am using SAP B1 9.0 pl 4

How to get latest \ updated templates of SAP B1?

1. Login to Data transfer Work Bench for which company you need to import data
2. Go To : Templates --> Customize Templates
    results: - Customize Template window Opens

3. Click on "Select Object" and Select "Purchasing"   --> Goods Receipt PO and then Click "Ok"

4. Select "DocumentLinesBinAllocations" and then Right Click  --> "Create Template for the structure"
5. Save the path and download the file..

Is this fields are enough to import grpo  with bin?

Yes, Its more than enough.
Can you mention "Error" here?

Please cross check the following.

1. Give back end Binabs instead of Bin Location Code.
2.  Match  "BaseLineNumber" with PDN1 Line Num field.
3. bin Template Quantity match with PDN1 Template Qty

In Column C "BinAbs",  You have to give BinEntry. You will get this information in OBIN Table.

SELECT T0.[AbsEntry], T0.[BinCode], T0.[WhsCode] FROM OBIN T0 WHERE T0.[WhsCode] ='[%0]'

Line Number fields after parent Key (B Column), You can give running serial number and this to be reset to 0 if document Number Changed.
For Eg :
Doc Num  Line Num

     1               0

     1               1

     1               2

     2               0

     3               0

     3               1

Please give full error name of DTW.

Error Name is,

"You can not allocate bin location in document row 1  1470000465"

Yes this warehouse is bin manage warehouse.

I have done 2-3 manual entries before doing DTW for testing purpose.

And this entries are correctly saved quantity to bin warehouse without giving any error.

But In DTW its giving me error.

In My Document Line Template (PDN1)

I am entering warehouse code.

I am requesting you,

can you please copy your above template's full Picture so that i can find where i am doing wrong?

Hi Santhosh
1) You can drag "Decription" to right hand side maximum to get full error message.
2) Data template which i posted above are having all information to upload GRPO in to SAP B1. That template is uploaded one.

Hi sir,

Yes if i deleted warehouse code from PDN1 then it allowing me to upload only,

GRPOs  without bin location.

But if i selected Bin location template and Enter warehouse code in pdn1

then its giving me error in DTW.
