Charts in webi

I want to change the look and feel of the charts. I am trying to get look on chart background. I have below chart, i need to change the border of that chart to like below (Corners should be like rounded)

Hi

as background they used an empty cell and imported that image.  The chart is set above that empty cell.

I want to have drill down on  charts like if i click on the chart, it should open new report. Is this possible in webi? or dashboard designer?

Take a cell and insert an image, and use it as a background.

For round borders also, create a background image with round corners, and make it as a chart background, and remove borders to the chart.

i.e overlapping existing(Background) with the chart.

Take a blank cell, insert an image into it. Now, place your pie chart relatively inside that curved path. Right on image -- Order -- select send backward.
