Help reuired in ETM module shipping document change

Dear Gurus,

Help me with the following scenario,

Equipment activity type is changed using J3GH t-code now it does not allow to change the document and gives error as below.

Document has status "No SD Order Created" and "No SD Order Created"

Message no. 9J088

Diagnosis

The document has internal status 'No SD Order Created' and external status 'No SD Order Created'.

Review the numbers range in th t-code SNRO the field J_3GRVB.

Hello Ashif, you need enable the activity type for the document type, in this case a shipping document. Go to spro an search the section related to document.
