SAP BPC Patch level issue

Hello Experts

We are using the following Component , Release & Level in our BI :

Our Epm Add in Installed is SP 14 Patch 13 Net 3.50.

We are facing the below issue while refreshing the report:

Can anyone let me know how to solve this issue.We think the issue is relating to patch level but not sure.

Hi Gaurav,

You BPC patch level and EPM add on SP level are very old. Definitely worth to update to the latest if possible.

Latest CPMBPC 800 is SP14

Latest EPM Add on is SP 19 patch 1

Thanks for your prompt reply.

We are currently using Epm Add in SP 14 Patch 13 Net 3.50 and we do not want to increase the Patch level due to multiple clients service.

Also, kindly let us know whether we need to update SAP_BW as well to match with CPMBPC updates.

Hi Gaurav,

Some patch requires BW to be updated and some not, the best is to download the Patch release note and see what is required.

There are so many fixes from your patch 8, go through patch 9 to 14 release note, you will see what you are missing.
