Folding/unfolding key figure levels

Hi experts,

i have created a query with one key figure at the top level  and two key figures underneath.

So for example:

100

     40   60

What i want to acheive now is that when the results pop up at first only the top level is displayed and that for accessing the second level a fold/unfold sign is displayed.

I have seen this in another query in our system but i don't understand how this works.

Can anyone explain this to me?

Marco

Together with a collegue of mine we figured it out ourselves .

In QD there is this screen; the setting for 'Status for node' is relevant.

If you set this to 'Hidden' the key figures that are below the node will not be displayed upfront.

this result in these 2 printscreens:

initial

after unfolding

Hi,

If you set in BEx designer any columnn (keyfigure/formula) as "Hide (Can be shown)" someone who display that in BEx Analyzer doesn't see that column after the report is started.

Column that is hidden in this way can be displayed after clicking filter icon in the navigation block.
