Equipment Master View : ITOB, not getting populated in Test System

Hi,

We are in 4.6 C and implementing PM Module. When we create Equipment Master, In Development, The table ITOB (View Table) has data. But in Quality (Test System) this Table is not getting populated while creating the Equipment Records. Can any one help me to identify what could be the reason?

If you have configured your equipment category as relevant for maintenance history then it's possible that the development and quality systems are not in sync. Meaning the transport has not been done to quality or it faced errors during transport. This is the only reason I can see.
