Product Detail Page issue

Hello Experts,

In my Project have CRM<MDM<WCEM Scenario.

We are facing an issue that when we click on the Product Detail Page for any Product on Webshop  we are getting "We are sorry page".

MDM Catalogs are properly displayed at the Webshop  and Products are also getting fetched when we click on any Product Catalog.

We are facing problem only when we click on the Product detail Page.

We are in dilemma as to what can be the cause of this issue. Whether there is any problem at the CRM or MDM or WCEM part.

Also Please let me know what are the Step by Step Configurations from CRM and WCEM side that has to be done with MDM when a new MDM Repo is been set.

Your Early Response will help me.

Thanks In advance!

Regards,

PB

Hi,

The message "We are sorry page..." is likely to be caused by a java exception. You will find the details in the NWA error log.

The sap help can help you with the configuration steps at : SAP Web Channel Experience Management 3.0 – SAP Help Portal Page

Look for the "Installation Guide" & "Application Operation Guide".

Hi PB,

  1. Go to the link "http://hostname:50000/nwa" replacing the 'hostname'.
  2. Logon to the NWA.
  3. Click on the tab "Availability and Performance".
  4. Click on "Error: ##" than "View Logs".
  5. Expand the errors and look at the 'Message' column. You can also expand the message with "Show Full Message". Some of them will have long java exception stack trace.
  6. Look errors starting with "500 Internal Server Error..."

Hi Robin,

I actually want to know where could be the problem that is leading us to this error.

Are there any Configuration changes we are missing?Or is there can be a problem at the Java Code part?

Thanks Robin for your help.

The issue has been resolved ...Problem was at the WCEM part.

Configuration changes were not done properly.
