Why is Crystal Reports Developer Guide blank?

Where can i download the developer guide for Crystal Reports that acutally contains something.  I download it from here: http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/sapCRVS2010/en/crnet_dg_2010_en.zip

and it opens a .chm with topics, but none of the topics actually show ANYTHING.

Microsoft security. You have to download the chm file local. See the following for more details:
