AO - Unable to add a second analysis view

Hi All,

I have a customer who is unable to add a second Analysis view in Analysis for Office 1.3.  Once a view has been added onto a workbook the option to add another to either the existing or new workbook is greyed out,as per below:

Has anyone else seen this or have any potential solution?  User has Windows XP (Sorry!) and Office 2007.

Wow - XP is out of maintenance, of course

Could your customer download Analysis Office 1.4?  1.4 has been out almost 18 months and it is time to upgrade; it should work on XP still (I think)

I recommend downloading SP9 1.4 and trying it.

Thanks Tammy for the quick response.  I will push for 1.4 (and also Windows 7 or 8!).  I also understand that the issue also occurs on Windows 7 though.
