URGENT-CRITICAL-BPC 10.0 - Link to launch Excel missing at Start tab at IE 11.0 browser

Dear All,

When I logged in to BPC 10.0 web interface, link to launch Excel is missing at the Start tab. I have already installed EPM addin in the laptop.

I am able to do the same using another laptop. Both laptops are having same OS/IE - Windows 8.1/IE 11.0. Can you help to fix this? I am desperate to get this resolved.

Hi Peri,

   I have resolved my issue.. the user was using IE 64 bit version. Refer to oss note 1963970.
