Please look at SAP Notes 889893 and 1145748.
Note 1145748 provides a good example of how the system works and why an posting key is not shown in the General Ledger View.

Have a look into the SAP Note 1492534 - FAGLL03: Posting key is not always filled..
It consist the same symptoms..

It's normal system behaviour when you have document splitting active in your system. Check Note 889893.

Hi Xinling,
This might be happen due to some technical issue in system while posting the payment. Just check the entries correctly recorded in GL accounts. If it is then no need to worry on this because all other trasactions showing the posting keys correctly. In case if this happen again you can check with Abap consultant. Thank you.
