T-CODE:STMS is very slowly,I want to increase the speed.

Hi, Steven!

It's hard to say for sure without seeing your system why it is slow. One of the reasons may be a very long import queue. If so, you can ask your basis team to remove old imported requests and thus truncate the queue.

When you are executing the transaction code STMS, what is the over all load on your system?

1. If possible you can restart the SAP instance and then check the transaction speed?

2. Could you share OS /DB & SAP versions?

As you said your STMS is slow you need to see following thing

RUN RDDIMP* jobs it clear most of the issue in stms

check following table TRJOB and TRBAT if amy entry exists then delete that it speed up the process

check something in still import stage

check your network connectivity

ping your server in/out

check your bandwith

check what time it get slow for whole day or for particular time
