We would like to know whether Crystal Reports is using SSL while processing.
Please revert on priority basis as we came to some vulnerability with SSL and will have to take preventive measures if required. So please consider this as a high priority request.

If it's that high then log a case in Service Market Place if you have a support contract otherwise purchase a single use case.
CR uses what ever your DB Client is configured as, but the data must be in the clear by the time it comes out of the client. there is nothing like SSL in CR Designer except in the DB wizard you can enable Trusted Authentication. Security is based on the account the lcoal PC is logged under and requires the DB Server to be capable of using Domain account info.
It is also all done on the local PC.
But, there really is not enough info here to know what you are really asking, need more details, Version, where CR is installed, how the user is using it and connecting. Remoting into a Server etc...

If you have a support contract the go to:
and click on the "Report and Incident" button.
For the Component be sure to select BI-RA-CR so it gets into the correct Queue.
Thank you
